One-on-one Coaching

There is no playbook for hybrid work, high inflation, or for the loneliness that can come with leadership. An ICF-certified executive coach serves as a safe and sturdy “professional mirror” who listens, challenges, and supports you. The growth journey is precisely tailored to your needs and desires.

Typical engagement is 6 months in duration  

Reflexion Groups

Group coaching journeys for small cohorts (5 to 7 individuals tend to work best) of employees. A scalable way to create connection, promote mindset and behavior change, and support employees through change and transition. Topics include resilience, belonging, and coaching mindset and can be tailored to your organization’s needs and goals. Inclusion of one-to-one coaching component optional.

Typical engagement is 6 biweekly group sessions
